Tax Manager - VR/31658

TMM is partnering exclusively with a global energy service business who are looking to appoint a Tax Manager. The successful candidate will support Business Development Teams and commercial functions across the EMEA region. You will provide expert tax input into tendering processes, contract reviews, structuring of cross-border transactions and assist in shaping tax-efficient solutions for our global client.

You will ideally have

• Strong working knowledge of UK and international taxation.
• Experience in contract review and tax structuring.
• Qualification: CTA, ICAS or equivalent ( min 8-10 years PQE)
• Experience working in large multinational environments or global tax centres of excellence.
