A leading Share Planing team and looking for a Tax Manager to help design and deliver innovative employee incentive solutions for a wide range of clients - from dynamic mid-market companies to PE-backed groups.

Responsibilities

• Advise on equity reward plans, growth shares, and cash incentives
• Work closely with clients on transactions and bespoke incentive design
• Collaborate with experts across Corporate Finance, Valuations, and People Advisory
• Lead client relationships and support junior team members
• Contribute to business development and help shape the Share Planning offering

Requirements

• Experience in equity reward or employee incentives (tax or legal background)
• A professional qualification - CTA / ATT / ACA / Solicitor (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
