Tax Manager - Remote - Tech

Our client, a leading technology company are looking for a Tax Manager to join their Global Tax Strategy & Planning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-profile, international business and play a key role in shaping global tax strategy and supporting commercial growth.

This will initially be a 12-Month temporary position, offering a competitive salary.

They operate with a remote working model with the expectation to be in the Dublin office 1-2 days per month.

You'll support the team in developing and implementing commercially aligned tax strategies across the group.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring global tax legislation and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business.
• Managing and maintaining global tax structures, including treasury and transfer pricing arrangements.
• Supporting board-level tax governance and oversight of key tax risks and strategic positions.
• Developing tax forecasting models and providing strategic insight into effective tax rate impacts.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support international business expansion.
• Driving the adoption of AI and digital tools to improve tax processes, efficiency and innovation.
• Supporting M&A, financing and corporate restructuring projects.

Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience in tax, accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to global operations and cross-border transactions.
• Strong strategic, analytical, data-driven and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Proven experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
