Tax Director

A well established accounting firm in Dublin is currently seeking a Tax Director for their Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services (ET & GMS) team in the Tax Advisory Services division.
The ET & GMS team advises domestic and international businesses on:

• Employment taxes (e.g., tax-free employee incentives, BIKs, share-based remuneration)
• Global mobility taxes (e.g., inbound and outbound assignments, remote workers)
• Compliance (e.g., personal tax returns, share scheme returns

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse client portfolio
• Contribute to a dedicated team
• Become an expert in employment taxes and global mobility
• Build client relationships and assist in business development
• Develop people management skills
• Collaborate with the firms international community

Ideal candidate:

• AITI / CTA qualified
• Strong academic background
• Technical proficiency in Irish employment taxes
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Prior client-facing tax team experience
• Organized, self-starting, and driven for personal and professional growth
