Tax Compliance Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to support with Corporate Tax provisioning on a fixed term contract basis until December 2026.

As the Tax Compliance Specialist, you will prepare the quarterly tax provision, tax notes for the Annual Report and Accounts, and prepare the quarterly VAT return and PESM calculations.

Responsibilities

1. Monthly corporation tax provisioning for the Group.
2. Preparation of PESM calculations.
3. Liaising with auditors and advisors regarding audited accounts and the preparation and submission of tax returns.
4. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
5. Calculation of quarterly installment corporation tax payments.
6. Pillar II calculation and submission of Country by Country Reporting.
7. Responsibility for the SAO process.
8. Preparation of tax notes for financial statements for all groups.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant is essential for the role.
• Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) is desirable.
• Experience with corporate provisioning for a listed group.
• Strong corporate tax compliance experience.
• Experience in VAT return preparation.
• Familiarity with Oracle software.
