Tax Compliance Administrator (Part-Time 25 hours per week) - Belfast

Job Duties

• Prepare and submit UK personal tax returns for non resident clients
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all HMRC deadlines are met
• Collate financial data and maintain accurate tax records (digital and physical)
• Update internal systems with tax filings and client information
• Communicate professionally with HMRC and support compliance reporting
• Support delivery of high quality, compliant service to a global private client portfolio

Qualifications

• 1 2 years' experience in an office or administrative role
• Basic understanding of UK personal tax and HMRC processes
• Interested in studying towards an ATT qualification
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
• Confident using Excel for data handling and basic analysis
• Professional communicator with a proactive, client focused approach
