Tax Associate (2-5 PQE) International Tax & Cross-Border

IDEX Consulting in London is recruiting a mid level tax associate for a leading international law firm's Tax team within Corporate, offering a genuine variety, early responsibility and a clear development path. You will draft structure papers and complex advice notes, and negotiate tax provisions in SPAs and tax deeds, advising corporate and commercial clients on
