We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Tax Assistant to join our TaxDepartment. In this role, you will provide vital support to the Tax Team, managingday-to-day compliance administration across Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are

looking for a collaborative professional, who communicates effectively and maintainspositive relationships with all stakeholders. The Tax Assistant reports directly to the Head of Tax.

What you'll do
  • Tax Compliance Support: Assist in the end-to-end preparation of Irish and UK tax filings, including Month End processes, VAT, and Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) returns.
  • Excise & Warehouse Management: Oversee the preparation of excise duty returns and coordinate directly with warehouse facilities to ensureaccurate reporting and documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with various internal departmentsto aggregate and verify key data required for regulatory submissions.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide high-level administrative support tothe Tax Department, including proactive management and organization ofthe team mailbox.
  • Customs & Audit Support: Assist the wider tax team in conductingthorough customs reviews and ensuring trade compliance.
What you'll need
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical with good attention to detail.
  • German language skills are an advantage but not essential.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
