Target Development Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Target Development Analyst, you will be a member of a multi-national team of experts creating target engagement solutions for senior leadership officials. As the subject matter expert for U.S. targeting best practices, you will be required to communicate your experience to your peers and ensure that the products being generated are the most effective and efficient use of national and partner-nation assets. You'll learn how to apply your experience in a joint environment while navigating the complexity of working alongside various cultures to achieve a common goal. You Have:

5+ years of experience working the Joint Targeting Cycle

2+ years of experience preparing and maintaining Target Folders in an Advanced Target Development (ATD) work center

Experience utilizing Digital Image Exploitation Engine for all methods of Target Coordinate Mensuration, Collateral Damage Estimation, and graphic production

Knowledge of U.S. and Joint Target Development policy such as CJCSI 3370, CJCSI 3160, JP 3-60, and the JMEM/AS Weaponeering Guide

Ability to perform complex advanced queries in U.S. database systems

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using verbal and non-verbal means, both with peers and senior leadership

TS/SCI clearance

HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with all-source or target analysis, Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience with all-source or target analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with all-source or target analysis

U.S. Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification

Nice If You Have:

Experience creating Intermediate Target Development products

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote

Experience working in a multi-national environment

Experience in imagery exploitation tools and tradecraft

Knowledge of NATO database systems and security classifications

Knowledge of the Intelligence Community's missions, functions, and interrelationships

Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
