Talented Contract Part 2

A highly respected boutique architecture and interiors practice is looking for an immediately available Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Part III Architect to provide contract support on an exciting portfolio of hospitality projects.

Initially joining on a 2-3 month contract, there is genuine potential for the role to develop into a permanent position for the right individual as the practice continues to grow internationally.

You'll be supporting Project Architects on the delivery of a luxury hotel project in Sussex, producing detailed technical drawing packages and interior elevations for bedrooms, bathrooms, restaurants and lounge spaces. Future projects include boutique hotels in France, Saudi Arabia and the USA.

The Role

• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages
• Develop interior elevations and detailed AutoCAD drawings
• Assist in closing out technical information efficiently and accurately
• Work closely with senior architects within a collaborative studio
• Opportunity to progress onto concept and future international hospitality projects

Requirements

• Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect (Part III)
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Experience working on technical drawing packages
• Hospitality or interior architecture experience would be highly desirable
• Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
• Immediately available
