Role ExpectationsIn this role, you will:
- Manage key lifecycle elements such as Talent Insights, Strategy, Roadmap, and Development, supported by technology enablers.
- Understand digital and AI impacts on workforce transformation, identifying new skills and roles.
- Assist organizations in assessing current skills, identifying gaps, and addressing them effectively.
- Lead talent, learning, and reskilling projects with excellence, supported by technology.
- Encourage clients to rethink work practices and behaviors for quick results.
- Contribute to the growth of the Talent & Skilling practice through innovation and thought leadership.
- Create market-relevant Talent & Skilling insights, blogs, and offerings to enhance Accenture's market position.
- Proven experience in leading talent management and capability strategy initiatives.
- Expertise in capability gap assessments and training needs analysis.
- Experience implementing learning and reskilling programs.
- Interest or familiarity with technologies related to re-skilling, learning, and skills analytics.
- Passion for innovation, technology trends, and talent ecosystem understanding.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking with strong business acumen.
- Leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in evolving tech and agile environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- Ability to operate independently within a global, fast-paced network.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed.
