Job Description

Context

To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and address the growing demand for technical, managerial, and business/project management profiles, we are hiring a TALENT SOURCING SPECIALIST (Recruitment Researcher).

You will play a key role in the proactive identification of talent contributing to the development of our activities in the construction and metalworking sectors.

This position reports to the HR Leader.


Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs, especially for qualified technical, business, or project management profiles.
  • Deploy multi-channel sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, specialized networks, direct approach, and partnerships with schools or training programs.
  • Screen candidates through preliminary phone interviews to assess their alignment with the role requirements. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Partners to follow up on the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a pool of talent, particularly for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Business Partners to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives: publishing content on social media, participating in fairs, forums, webinars, etc.
  • Provide regular reporting on sourcing activities (KPIs, conversion rates, campaign results, etc.).


Your Profile

  • A higher education degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in sourcing, recruitment, or headhunting is a plus, but we also welcome junior candidates with potential.
  • Proficiency in digital sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, databases, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Mother tongue : French with a good knowledge of English
