The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across our Engineering and business support teams. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, proactively build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.

You'll be at the heart of our hiring strategy-owning the full-cycle recruitment process, optimising sourcing tactics, and ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive, effective, and aligned with company goals. The Team

You'll join our global People Team-spanning North America and Europe-made up of talent acquisition, people business partners, compensation & benefits, people operations, learning & development, culture and IDEB (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging). Together, we're committed to building an exceptional employee experience and helping every team at UserTesting thrive.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience as a recruiter (in-house and/or agency), with a focus on software engineering roles in fast-paced, global SaaS environment

Strong sourcing skills-comfortable using direct outreach, creative sourcing, and engaging passive talent

Proven ability to build, manage and nurture proactive talent pipelines

Skilled at managing multiple priorities while offering consultative guidance to hiring managers

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-you're comfortable advising, influencing, and partnering with leaders

Data-driven approach to recruiting, with experience using metrics and tools (e.g., Workday) to drive outcomes

Experience ensuring consistent, equitable and inclusive hiring processes

Comfortable working in a remote-first environment, based in Eastern Time Zone

Willing to travel occasionally to connect with hiring teams and key stakeholders
