Talent Operations Lead - Jersey (Recruitment & HR)

EY Jersey is seeking a Talent Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager on a fixed-term contract to support recruitment and talent operations across the Channel Islands. This role acts as the go-to Talent contact in Jersey, coordinating onboarding, mobility, qualifications, and employee queries, while collaborating with colleagues in Guernsey and the UK to deliver key talent initiatives.

You will build relationships with managers and stakeholders, drive process improvements, and promote a
