At Female x Finance , we're on a mission to make gender diversity the norm in finance. With a network of 8,000+ women and 60+ partner firms in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate Finance, we're not just talking about change. We are making it happen. Now, we're looking for a Talent Manager to take our recruitment game to the next level.

This isn't your typical recruitment job. You're not just filling positions; you're a mentor, connector, and advisor who ensures that every placement is a win-win for both our candidates and our partner firms. You manage your own portfolio of partners, using your expertise to build your network and help candidates take the first step in their careers.

Our Talent Team is dynamic, growing, and constantly evolving. Currently, we have two Talent Managers and two Young Talent Managers (working students) who bring energy, passion, and fresh ideas to the table. We're in an exciting phase of growth, where we are professionalizing the way we work while keeping the energy high. What You'll Do

• Find & Empower Talent - Source, interview, and coach ambitious women in finance, guiding them toward career success.
• Match Like a Pro - Connect top talent with finance firms that are serious about diversity.
• Build Relationships - Be the go-to person for our partner firms, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring they get the best candidates. You'll be their adviser in how they attract and retain talent and how they can build strategies around DE&I.
• Close the Deal - You're not just making connections; you're making placements happen. You take ownership and drive results.
• Being a Leader - You'll have your own Young Talent Manager to work with, who will assist with sourcing and first career consults; allowing you to focus on strategic matchmaking, partnership management and high-impact placements.
• Shape the Future - Play a key role in growing Female x Finance's impact, from recruitment strategy to execution. We are shaping the future of Female x Finance together and your input and ideas are always valued.

Who You Are

• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer success (bonus points if it's in finance or a startup environment) - this can also be done in a student job.
• You've finished your HBO or WO studies in Finance, Business, HR or any related field.
• A natural connector ; you love bringing the right people together.
• Passionate about helping women thrive in finance.
• A problem-solver with a go-getter and assertive mindset-you don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
• Ready to work hybrid in Amsterdam (min. 2 days/week in our office) and excited about international expansion .
• Fluent in Dutch ( ) and English
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands.
