Dex is seeking its first internal recruiter to join a growing team in London. You will own the full end-to-end hiring process, from brief to signed offer, and help us hire senior talent who move the needle for the business.

You will source directly, scope upcoming roles, manage candidate experiences, and partner with hiring leaders who bring 70+ years of hiring experience. We value candor, collaboration and impact in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
