What is the role responsible for?The Talent Co-ordinator plays a key delivery and support role across both the Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams, providing high-quality coordination, administration and operational support that enables effective hiring, on-boarding and learning experiences across the business.
What will you be doing day-to-day?- Provide operational and administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives, programmes and events, helping to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Administer learning systems and platforms, maintaining enrolments, learner records and training data accurately.
- Support the coordination and delivery of learning events, workshops and development programmes.
- Build relationships with internal SMEs, facilitators, leaders and participants to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of learning activities.
- Support onboarding and induction activity, including coordination of Welcome Days and ensuring new colleagues have a positive introduction to Gamma
- Assist with the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of learning materials, resources and content where required.
- Support the adoption and effective use of learning systems, engagement tools and other digital technologies where appropriate.
- You don't need experience in everything listed-but we're especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:
- Experience in a coordination, administration or support role, ideally within HR, Learning & Development, Talent or similar business support functions.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with HR, recruitment, learning systems or other business platforms.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence with learning new systems and technologies.
- Experience working with LMS and ATS platforms, ideally Dayforce, though other system skills are likely to be transferrable
- Experience coordinating events or onboarding activity.

We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.
