Talent Attraction & Recruitment Advisor (12-Month Contract)

Essex County Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Recruitment and Attraction Specialist to join our team in Service HQ, Kelvedon Park. You will provide efficient, professional recruitment support, advise managers and colleagues, and help improve candidate experiences across the Service.

We value inclusive, customer facing professionals who can design assessment materials and maintain our ATS. The role offers hybrid working with regular attendance at the Service premises.
