Talent & Recruitment Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a part-time People and Talent Assistant to help create a welcoming experience for new joiners and staff. You will assist with posting roles, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding to ensure new starters feel excited and supported.

You will also help keep HR records accurate, respond to queries, and contribute to wellbeing and culture initiatives, fostering a positive employee journey across the Trust.
