Job Description
Let's fix hospitality, for good.

We're on a mission to help the hospitality industry double their profitability, reduce their carbon footprint, and create better working environments for their teams.

Our CEO, Conor, founded and scaled Mad Egg - one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Ireland. After years of juggling "market-leading" systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the solution he wished he had from day one: Nory.

Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins.

Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined - and a recent Series A led by Accel - we're scaling fast. We've grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK and Spain, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Talent & People Partner to join our People & Ops Team and take it to the next level. This is our first in-house hire for this role, so you'll have the chance to shape how we attract great talent and build a strong company culture. You'll help us build the best team in hospitality tech - one that's passionate about helping restaurants thrive, operate smarter, and grow their margins every single day.

Please note - this is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week based in our Holborn office.

What you'll be doing

We're intentional about who we hire, how we hire them, and how we build a company people are proud to be part of. You'll play a critical role in scaling a high-performing, mission-driven team - and shaping the experience of every person who joins it.

You'll join at a pivotal moment - not just for Nory, but for this role. As our first in-house hire, there's room to make it your own. You might double down on building world-class talent capabilities, or over time explore a broader path into people and culture. Either way, you'll play a key part in how we grow, who we bring in, and how it all fits together.

Talent (75%) - Build a high-performing team

  • Own the full hiring journey across our commercial and tech teams in Ireland, the UK and Spain

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to shape roles, define what great looks like and deliver high-impact hires.

  • Level up how we hire - optimise our processes, embed our values into every stage, and scale our employer brand

  • Champion candidate experience from first touch to final offer - making every interaction reflect who we are

People (25%) - Build connection and culture

  • Help organise company offsites and team events that keep our team connected.

  • Get involved in day-to-day people operations, from onboarding to engagement initiatives.

  • Roll up your sleeves on people projects - we've just implemented HiBob and are about to kick off our new performance review cycle.

What you'll bring
  • Strong generalist hiring experience as an in-house Talent Partner in startups

  • A genuine love for hiring brilliant people and helping teams succeed.

  • Super organised - able to juggle multiple roles, timelines and stakeholders without missing a beat

  • Excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing world of an early-stage company-happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!

Nice to have:

  • Experience in hospitality (even if it was during school or uni - it counts!)

  • Experience hiring across Europe and the US

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary range between £55- £65k
Equity at our Series A valuation
35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)
Comprehensive private health insurance
Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support
Learning & development culture - £1000 personal annual budget + quarterly book budget
️ £250 home office workspace budget
Regular team offsites & socials
And much more

We hire humans.

At Nory, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and walks of life. Your individuality matters, and we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, family status, age, disability or race.
