Job Description

I am partnering with a large drinks FMCG business to appoint a Talent & Inclusion Partner to support the delivery of inclusion activity across the UK & Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for Inclusion (DEI) and people-focused work who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and energy to meaningful initiatives.

This is a hands on coordination role, ensuring projects run smoothly, communications land effectively, and colleagues across both countries have a consistent and engaging experience.

Salary £55k

Hybrid - 2-3 days office

West London Based

The Role

You will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of inclusion initiatives aligned with both local and Group priorities
  • Coordinate logistics for inclusion events, workshops and key awareness moments
  • Prepare engaging internal communications, newsletters and updates
  • Maintain inclusion plans, trackers, timelines and project documentation
  • Assist with collecting and organising diversity data and insights for reporting
  • Support employee networks (ERGs), including meeting coordination, event logistics and budget tracking
  • Build relationships with local charities, partners and DEI organisations
  • Produce slide decks, briefing notes and summary reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Inclusion function across the UK & Ireland
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Internal Communications and Sustainability teams on joint initiatives
  • Support logistics for development and awareness sessions linked to inclusion (e.g., inclusive leadership workshops)
  • Help ensure consistency of processes and documentation across both markets

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, confident communication skills and stakeholder confidence
  • Comfort using digital tools, spreadsheets and basic reporting
  • A proactive, resourceful and supportive approach
  • Curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to learn
