  • You will design and continuously evolve a holistic talent and development strategy aligned with our core values of courage, passion, and integrity, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all colleagues.
  • Your responsibilities will include supporting our top talents with their talent trajectory and training plans, managing and enhancing performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes, creating transparency and consistency across the organisation.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams/senior managers, you will build strong relationships to align development initiatives with business needs and avoid duplication of efforts.
  • By driving continuous improvement, you will introduce best practices in learning, career pathways, and talent processes, strengthening our learning culture.
  • You contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of development systems by monitoring training activities, reporting outcomes, and supporting employees in their learning journeys.
  • Together with internal and external partners, you will manage training providers, budgets, and compliance requirements while supporting company-wide initiatives such as employee surveys and certifications.
What makes us successful together
  • You bring a relevant qualification in Human Resources or Learning & Development, ideally complemented by a recognised professional certification such as CIPD or coaching qualifications.
  • Your experience as a Talent & Development Specialist or in a comparable role enables you to confidently manage talent strategies, performance processes, and learning initiatives.
  • With your strong knowledge of adult learning principles, development systems, and performance management tools, you create impactful and sustainable solutions.
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in areas such as mentoring, safeguarding, diversity & inclusion, or working within structured development frameworks.
  • Your personality is characterised by empathy, organisational skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of the organisation, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for people development, ensuring that learning opportunities are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with business success.
