Talent & Capability Leader - Shape Growth Strategy (Hybrid)

Coffey is seeking a Talent & Capability Development Manager to own the talent strategy across Ireland and the UK, reporting to the Director of People & Culture. You will lead resourcing, development, and capability initiatives to enable the business growth and attract/retain top talent.

The role focuses on building pipelines, leading the Talent Attraction team, and embedding Coffey values with data-driven people strategies to drive performance and leadership development.
