  • Strong interest in moving in-house (if agency background)
  • Strong ability to balance multiple priorities, and able to reprioritise as required in line with business demands
  • Experience using data to inform decisions and report on findings
  • Comfortable with recruitment technology (LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise is essential)

  • Skilled at building strong relationships and having open, constructive conversations to guide hiring managers towards effective recruitment solutions
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all store and support office roles, from initial briefing to offer.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely, clear, and engaging communication at every stage of the process.

  • Provide interview support and guidance to hiring managers, including preparing interview questions and assessment criteria.
  • Pipeline candidates for future opportunities by building and maintaining talent pools for key roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Analyse recruitment data and trends to inform hiring strategies and continuously improve processes.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other candidate-facing solutions as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres or group interviews for high-volume roles.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, offering thoughtful advice and navigating challenging conversations with empathy to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
