Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR)

Location: Bon Secours Hospital CorkWe are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role carries responsibility for recruitment across Cork, Tralee, and our Care Village, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care by ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Essential: Third level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or above) in Human Resource Management or a related field; or QQI Level 5/6 qualification with substantial and relevant experience. 3+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex multi department organisation. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements. Experience in Workday or similar ATS Experience in Healthcare Environment ( Desirable) Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with experience) Annual Leave: 30 days per annum, pro rata
