Talent Acquisition Specialist (Dutch or German-speaking) - Lisbon / Porto (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a Dutch or German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid model). You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and job fairs
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch OR German (C1) + English (B2)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Degree in Human Resources or similar (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing techniques
• Proactive attitude and team-player mindset

Offer

• Salary: €1,450 gross x14 payments/year ( €1,690/month on average) + monthly performance bonus
• Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net)
