In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Combining strategic sourcing with relationship-building and structured interviewing, you'll help identify exceptional professionals who contribute to long-term business growth. Accountabilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, with a strong focus on Data, AI, and other specialized technology roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines and support ongoing hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, align recruitment strategies, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive, timely, and transparent communication from initial outreach through offer stages.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring practices, and employer branding initiatives.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within technology-focused environments.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles, including Data, AI, software engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience.
