Accountabilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, with a strong focus on Data, AI, and other specialized technology roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines and support ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, align recruitment strategies, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive, timely, and transparent communication from initial outreach through offer stages.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring practices, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within technology-focused environments.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles, including Data, AI, software engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience.
