Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and business areas
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Creating and facilitating competency assessment tests for current roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen and assess candidates against role and project requirements
• Coordinate and support interview processes
• Manage offers, approvals, and candidate communications
• Deliver regular updates on recruitment activity and pipeline progress
• Deliver a professional and efficient candidate experience at all stages
• Support careers events, graduate engagement, and recruitment campaigns
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
• Manage agency relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing capability, particularly using LinkedIn and direct methods
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a professional, solutions-focused approach
• Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline
• CIPD qualification (or working towards)
