This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role that requires both strong sourcing capability and the confidence to act as a genuine partner to the business. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand what each role genuinely requires, build relevant pipelines, and manage a process that is consistent, data-informed, and straightforward for candidates and hiring managers alike. The scope of the role covers Ireland and European markets.# How You Will Contribute Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop a clear understanding of each role - not just the requirements, but what success looks like in the first 12 months. Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles in Ireland and Europe, from initial briefing through to offer and acceptance. Proactively build and manage talent pipelines across multiple disciplines and markets, reducing reliance on reactive hiring. Source passive candidates using Boolean search, AI-assisted sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks. Conduct structured candidate screening and deliver concise, well-reasoned shortlists with meaningful assessment, not just CVs. Maintain data integrity in Workday, managing candidate tracking, workflow progression, and recruitment reporting. Use hiring data, market intelligence, and benchmarking to advise stakeholders on timelines, compensation, and candidate expectations. Develop and continuously refine sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that reflect the values and culture of the organisation. Essential Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing capability including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience. Proficiency in Workday or a comparable ATS for candidate tracking, workflow management, and reporting. Proven ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Sound understanding of best practice across the candidate journey, with a genuine commitment to a positive hiring experience. Willingness to travel as required, approximately 10% of the time. Desirable Requirements Experience recruiting across Ireland and European markets. Background spanning both agency and in-house recruitment environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing and candidate engagement tools.
