Our client is a Swiss technology company, based in Lausanne.
Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to on-boarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source potential candidates using various channels
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
Profile
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, in the technology sector.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
