The Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is critical to support our growth across scientific, technical and corporate functions, ensuring speed, quality and a strong candidate experience.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to manage pipelines, drive sourcing strategies and deliver hires in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (from intake meeting to offer stage)
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment pipelines and reporting
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Support employer branding initiatives and job posting management
• Liaise with external recruitment partners when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

Your Profile

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience recruiting technical, scientific or industrial profiles is a strong plus
• Comfortable managing multiple processes in parallel
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Organized, structured and reliable in follow-up
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
