Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the recruitment team and actively participate in selection processes, contributing to attracting and selecting top talent for both technical and corporate areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and publishing attractive job offers aligned with business needs.
• Active and passive sourcing of technical talent across different platforms and professional networks.
• CV screening and conducting phone interviews with candidates.
• Supporting technical interviews alongside managers and specialized teams.
• Monitoring the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assisting in Employer Branding initiatives and supporting HR tools management.
• Tasks related to Human Resources Development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment (including internships)
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate level of English. Spanish is a plus.
