Talent acquisition Specialist

Duration: 3 months with extensions
Location: Horseferry House, Horseferry Road London SW1P 2AW United Kingdom

We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, ideally next week, on an initial 3-month contract with ongoing extensions.

This role will sit across three areas, Corporate Functions, IT, and Retail, though the main focus will be Corporate (Finance, Legal, HR, Strategy, etc.). Experience in Retail, IT, or Supply Chain would be a plus, but not essential.

Hybrid: HFH1, Tuesdays and Thursdays from the office, remainder remote.

This is not a manager-level position. We need someone with at least 3 years' experience focused on sourcing, interviewing, and managing the recruitment process, without direct involvement in strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates
• Booking and coordinating interviews (typically 1 hour long)
• Managing interview scheduling and feedback via Connect
• Supporting Corporate Functions recruitment
