Role Summary

We are looking for an agile and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across our logistics and supply chain operations in the EU. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles - from warehouse and transport operations to corporate roles - in a high-growth, high-volume environment. Logistics experience is a plus, but a strong recruiter with agency or in-house background and an European hiring mindset is equally welcome.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process for roles across multiple EU countries, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers.
  • High-Volume & Specialist Hiring: Handle diverse roles, including warehouse operatives, drivers, shift leads, planners, operations managers, and head office support functions.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with local HRBPs, hiring managers, and operational leaders to align recruitment strategies with business priorities and country-specific nuances.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, local partners, and creative sourcing methods tailored to different EU markets.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insight into talent availability, salary trends, and competitive hiring practices across key EU countries.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy: Represent the company professionally in the market and support regional employer branding efforts to attract talent across logistics hubs in Europe.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, and offer conversions using ATS tools.


Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably with exposure to logistics/supply chain
  • Experience hiring across multiple EU countries or familiarity with EU labor market dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, etc.).
