Strongly committed to its digital transformation, Vaudoise Assurances wishes to strengthen its HR team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract of 6 months who will be responsible for preparing and facilitating the recruitment process for positions across the functions. In this role, you report to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and integrate a team consisting of about ten members who will: Write and publish job postings while considering the approved strategy; Manage the receipt and processing of applications; Conduct interviews (by phone or in person) and meet with the hiring managers with the help of the business; Manage salary discussions; Close the recruitment process (send responses to candidates). Your profile: 3 years in a Talent Acquisition role; Knowledge of IT professions and interest in other support functions (Finance, general management, Asset management); Ability to work with large volumes of applications and to quickly identify and qualify profiles; French language proficiency, mastery of English, German is a plus; Good knowledge and comfort with tools (MS Office, job boards, and professional social networks); Mastery of sourcing techniques; You demonstrate outgoingness, can easily create contacts, and are comfortable both in writing and speaking. Autonomous, flexible, and resilient, your work style is efficient, you have a very good ability to synthesize information and learn quickly.
