We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a hands on, high impact role supporting hiring across Perspectum globally, where you'll be trusted to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes from day one.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. This is a fast paced, delivery focused role where you'll combine strategic thinking with strong execution.

You'll play a key role in strengthening our employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring we continue to attract high quality talent across specialist and technical roles.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing end to end recruitment across multiple roles and functions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on best practice
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging high quality candidates
  • Delivering a best in class candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the business externally
  • Driving improvements in recruitment processes and TA projects
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and recruitment standards
What We're Looking For

You're an experienced TA Partner who is confident operating independently and thrives in a fast moving environment.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an in house, agency, or RPO recruitment role
  • Strong track record of managing full lifecycle recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple roles, and deliver at pace
  • Strong systems capability (ATS, sourcing tools, data/analytics)
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive

Desirable:

  • Experience hiring within life sciences, medical devices, pharma, or other regulated environments
  • Prior experience supporting similar organisations (e.g. Biotech / healthcare or comparable)
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or supporting TA team development
  • Professional accreditation (CIPD, REC, etc.)
Why Join?

This is a great opportunity to step into a visible, business critical role where you can make an immediate impact. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, shape hiring outcomes, and contribute to a growing, innovative organisation.

If you're a confident Talent Acquisition professional who can quickly embed, build strong relationships, and deliver results we'd love to hear from you!
