Michael Page are excited to partner with growing organisation in the Education Sector to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner, based from the Head Office in Coventry.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite per week.

Description

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role to support with the growth and development of this UK-wide organisation.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle to attract talented teachers, support staff and corporate professionals who make a valuable difference to the students every day.

This will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
• Promote the organisation's mission and values to potential candidates.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven Recruitment/Talent Acquisition background - You might be from an in-house role, looking for a new challenge, or looking to take your first step out of a Recruitment Agency environment.

Working knowledge of recruiting within the Education Sector is highly beneficial.

Job Offer

• Salary up to £55,000
• Hybrid working model - Circa 3 days in the office in Coventry
