Global Multinational are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team

About the Role

Acting as a key point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle, this role requires strong judgment, agility, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.

Based in Dublin, the role primarily supports recruitment activity across Dublin, London, and Zurich, with broader involvement as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Talent Acquisition practices while delivering operational excellence day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Delivery & Coordination
  Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from through onboarding hand-off, and manage complex interview logistics to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management
  Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a professional, high-quality candidate journey, while proactively managing timelines and mitigating process risks to maintain search momentum.
• Data & Process Excellence
  Maintain accurate, compliant data within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Team & HR Collaboration
  Partner closely with HR and Centres of Excellence to deliver a coordinated "OneHR" experience, and support consistency and best practice across the Talent Acquisition team.
