Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Purpose

Bridges is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We seek a proactive individual to take ownership of our recruitment functions.

The successful candidate will handle both generalist and specialist roles across all business functions and regions. They will liaise with hiring managers and manage the entire recruitment process, including relationships with subcontractors and recruitment agencies.

We are recognized on the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work 2024. Our team supports engineering and construction projects across sectors like Water, Power, Energy, and Aggregates, contributing to UK infrastructure. Our projects vary from £5k to £15m, involving roles as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer, supporting Tier 1 contractors, and off-site manufacturing.

The Role

Contract: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and flexible working options.

Essential Experience

• Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency with ATS management (Workable preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles
• Direct sourcing skills, e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of IR35 regulations

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for niche and skills-short roles, preferably in water industry
• Contractor management experience
• Recruiting for both permanent and temporary roles
