We are seeking a highly capable Recruiting Contractor on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support our global recruitment efforts across the UK and Europe.

This individual will focus on full-cycle hiring for roles across the business, including but not limited to Corporate, Medical Comms, Creative; partnering closely with internal stakeholders to attract top agency talent.

The ideal candidate has experience in agency recruiting, deep knowledge of medical communications roles, and is comfortable navigating Workday and Greenhouse ATS platforms. This hybrid role is based out of London, Manchester, or Edinburgh, suited for someone who can operate independently and with a sense of urgency.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, and other capabilities.
2. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles such as Art Directors, medical writers, medical directors, scientific strategists, and account leads.
3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop sourcing plans.
4. Maintain candidate records and track progress in Workday and Greenhouse.
5. Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
6. Report on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and market insights regularly.

What You Should Have:

1. 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
2. Success in filling roles in Medical Affairs and Med Ed within corporate and medical communications.
3. Proficiency with Workday and Greenhouse ATS platforms.
4. Knowledge of the UK and European healthcare communications or life sciences marketing talent landscape.
5. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
6. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
