We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager role in a London-based Information Technology & Services company. The firm is a trade-only organization that assists IT vendors and channel partners in building their businesses by bringing innovative technologies to market and boosting established brands through a variety of quality services.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, utilizing the latest industry trends and patterns. They will provide critical support for hiring, give expert advice and interview best practices to the senior leadership team.

• Expertise in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for at least 4 years is required.
• International recruitment experience is preferred.
• Considerable experience with graduate programs or recruitment for graduate positions.
• Experience leading a small team or mentorship in a recruiting team is preferred.
• Experience with the UK apprenticeship levy is preferred.
• Experience with psychometric assessments, particularly Thomas International products, is preferred.
• Recruitment experience in tech distribution is a huge plus.
• English and Mandarin bilingual.
