About the Role

As Recruitment Support Manager, you will take the lead in delivering a smooth, effective, and proactive recruitment process for the European Tinplate division. Based in Saint-Ouen, you'll collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations and business units, ensuring the talent pipeline is robust, agile, and future-ready.


️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process across European operations.
  • Source and attract top-tier internal and external candidates using a wide range of channels.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors / Workday) and assessment tools.
  • Support strategic recruitment projects, including staffing for new and expanding operations.
  • Coordinate internal Talent Development Programs across different locations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive candidate experience and company image.
  • Handle recruitment-related administrative duties to maintain process efficiency and compliance.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5-6+ years in international recruitment, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Skills: Strong communicator (English & French required), with excellent interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors / Workday) and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Personality: Proactive, structured, outgoing, and passionate about talent acquisition.
  • Creative Thinker: Able to bring fresh ideas to the table and elevate the employer brand.
