A highly reputable organisation is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver a proactive, high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with a passion for best practice, looking to play a key role in supporting hiring across multiple locations.
Job Description
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to onboarding documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment legislation and internal policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, applications, and advertising support.
- Manage job advertising across multiple platforms, ensuring branding and messaging are consistent.
- Pre-screen candidates, manage application portfolios, and support hiring managers with shortlisting and interviews.
- Lead recruitment approval meetings, prepare documentation, and track outcomes.
- Maintain and manage recruitment systems, databases, and supplier relationships (e.g., agencies).
- Act as a DBS counter signatory, ensuring background checks are processed swiftly and accurately.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and recruitment insights to HR leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices or working in regulated sectors.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote HR team.
- Strong IT skills and experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.
- Understanding of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and onboarding.
