What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners. What You'll Bring: Strong recruitment experience, ideally in tech hiring Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously. Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology. Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes. People-first culture with a focus on inclusion and wellbeing.
