We're on the hunt for our first Talent Sourcer & Coordinator! Key Responsivities

Sourcing

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand (technical) roles
  • Support candidate screenings to assess technical background and motivation
  • Support the review and maintenance of high volume incoming applications
  • Orchestrate volume, at times complex interview scheduling (video, phone, and onsite) with precision and efficiency
  • Coordinate any candidate travel arrangements

You Profile

  • You have proven experience sourcing technical and/or non-technical roles.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools & techniques, e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a strong attention to detail when managing multiple tasks, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • A persistent & resilient attitude when faced with challenges in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency Google Suite and other communication tools (Slack). Experience with an ATS is nice to have, we use Workable.
  • You might be an RPO sourcer who is interested to move in-house.
