What You Will Do
As a Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Foursys in Europe by combining specialized tech recruitment with commercial prospecting and client development.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles (Developers, QA, Infra/Cloud, Data, Architects, PMO, Designers, etc.).
- Perform active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech communities.
- Screen and interview candidates, evaluating both technical and soft skills.
- Build and manage talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Map the European technology market to identify strategic talent.
Business Development
- Identify, target and qualify new business opportunities across Portugal and Europe.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, commercial outreach, pitch presentations and client meetings.
- Understand client needs in IT staffing, outsourcing, squads (onshore and nearshore) , and propose tailored Foursys solutions.
- Support the preparation of proposals, negotiation processes and opportunity follow-ups.
- Update CRM, manage pipelines and ensure consistent commercial activity.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing a consultative partnership approach.
360º Hybrid Role
- Act as the connector between talent and business, ensuring the right profiles for client needs.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, operations and leadership teams to align priorities and improve results.
- Participate intech events and market positioning activities.
What You Need to Have
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment (tech consulting, outsourcing or staffing companies).
- Experience selling IT services, onshore/nearshore teams or staff augmentation.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ATS and CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Spanish (intermediate to fluent).
- Knowledge of sales methodologies
- Results driven mindset, autonomy and proactivity.
