The Role We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our Dublin site. This is a key role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, while ensuring alignment with Moog's values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management + Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders + Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices + Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process End-to-End Recruitment Delivery + Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using Workday + Ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system + Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout + Prepare weekly reports to ensure the recruitment processes are on track Direct Sourcing + Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking) + Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles About You Full Drive licence (The location is only accessible by car) Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role Stakeholder management and influencing skills Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development Highly organised with strong attention to detail Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
