Job Description

I'm currently supporting a large, well-known retailer in West London who are looking to bring in a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across their Digital & Technology teams. The position will initially start as a 6-month FTC.

Based - West London - 3 days in the office/2 days wfh

Salary - £60-65k doe

What You'll Do Resourcing
  • Take detailed role briefs from hiring managers and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists through rigorous screening and assessment
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through social media, networking, and proactive outreach
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business
  • Enhance the employer brand and candidate engagement through effective partnership
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practice
Digital
  • Maximise the use of recruitment systems and technology to deliver a seamless hiring journey
  • Drive cost efficiencies through direct sourcing and innovative attraction strategies
Who You Are
  • Proven experience across agency and in-house Talent Acquisition environments
  • Strong experience recruiting Digital & Technology talent, ideally within large or complex organisations
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and feedback capabilities
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
