This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Manager, or potentially, a Dynamics CRM Administrator looking to take a step up into a broader, more responsible role.

The Role

In a varied and highly-visible role, the Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Manager will lead the strategy and evolution of my client's Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with ownership of the roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements in line with business goals. The role includes managing CRM user rules, access permissions, security models, designing and implementing front-end changes, and customising and optimising search functionality, including Dataverse.

What do I need?

• Solid experience in a similar role, such as Dynamics 365 Systems Manager, CRM Manager, or Dynamics CRM Administrator
• Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 CE and experience managing user access
• Familiarity with Dataverse search customisation, as well as the ability to manage custom plugins and integrations
