Systems Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting one of our key clients in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Systems Manager.

Sheffield - office based role Mon - Fri £30,000 - £45,000

This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to take charge of our client's diverse range of Applications. This role is integral to their business's success, requiring a candidate with expertise in ERP, web development, hardware management, and a keen eye for continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Become a super user of Epicor, demonstrating proficiency in report writing using SQL, screen design, and user restrictions
• Utilise Crystal Reports to create bespoke forms and enhance reporting capabilities
• Implement changes and improvements to our Magento 2 platform, enhancing the overall user experience
• Utilise Elementor to manage and optimize email signatures linked to Outlook
• Work with Klayvio for email marketing, ensuring seamless integration with our website
• Day to day support of Outlook / Office 365 including set up roles and automated messages based on predefined criteria to enhance communication efficiency
• Oversee and maintain hardware components including computers, printers, cables, data points, and onsite servers

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with the management team to identify software needs and propose solutions that align with the business objectives.
• Proactively suggest, manage, and implement systems improvements based on evolving business requirements.
• Lead projects such as implementing drop shipping and other initiatives to enhance business processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
• Facilitate integration with customers and suppliers for live data exchange using protocols such as FTP and EDI
• Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.

We are keen to speak with Tech savvy self-starters who possess the following skills & experience:

• Demonstrable experience of supporting ERP platforms
• Crystal Report writing experience
• SQL experience
• Understanding and passion for improving web based UX - Magento
• Experience of using Marketing automation platforms such as Klayvio
• Experience of supporting Microsoft Tech stack
• Strong hardware and infrastructure management skills, including knowledge of onsite server maintenance
• Experience with system requirements analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with integration protocols such as FTP and EDI
